AMENDMENT FOR PRINTED BILL

___________________ moved that HB 1083 be amended as follows:
On page 2, line 1, of the printed bill, after "check" insert "and, if the sheriff takes the
fingerprints, the sheriff shall secure the fingerprints at no additional charge to the applicant".
On page 2, line 2, delete "one hundred fifty" and insert "one hundred".
On page 2, delete lines 12 to 21, inclusive.
