On page 1, line 8, of the House Local Government Committee engrossed bill, after
"procurement" delete "and" and insert ". The invitation for bids for supplies shall include".
On page 1, line 9, delete "one" and insert "the".
On page 3, line 5, delete everything after "(7)" and insert "The contract for services or public
improvement shall be awarded within thirty days and the contract for supplies shall be awarded
withing forty-five days of the bid opening by".
On page 4, line 8, delete "forty-five " and insert "days that allowed by section 1 of this Act".
On page 4, line 14, delete "forty-five" and insert "days that allowed by section 1 of this Act".
