___________________ moved that HB 1153 be amended as follows:

     On the House Taxation Committee engrossed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"      Section 1. No person may use any tobacco product within the boundaries of this state or sell for any valuable consideration any tobacco product within the boundaries of this state. Any violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.

     Section 2. The provisions of chapters 10-50 and 37-10 are hereby repealed."
