On page 2, line 24, of the House State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, after "title" insert "and
if the victim is a child, pursuant to § 26-8A-13".
On page 3, line 4, delete "child protection team members, as defined in § 26-8A-17" and insert
"Department of Social Services child protection staff".
On page 3, line 6, before "." insert "if the additional member would benefit the victim".
