On page 1 of the House State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, delete lines 6 and 7, and insert
"Friday in October prior to the general election including any voter identified as being covered by
the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (42 U.S.C. 1973ff-1), and thirty-two days
prior to the primary election.".
