     On page 2, after line 8 of the printed bill, insert:

"
     Section 3. The provisions of this Act do not apply if the agreement between the manufacturer and the retailer grants the retailer territorial exclusivity or if the retailer is the only authorized point of sale for a manufacturer's product line.".
