___________________ moved that SB 136 be amended as follows:

    

     On page 2, line 5 of the printed bill, after " §  7-9-1 " insert " and may include a return designation and address ".

     On page 2 , delete lines 13 to 16 , inclusive, and insert:

"

     However, the register of deeds may not charge an increased fee for any document that has a seal or stamp in a margin. Any affidavit of publication, corner record, survey, certified governmental documents, and UCC forms recorded against real estate are exempt ".

     On page 2 , line 20, delete " 2001 " and insert " 2002 ".
