     On page 1 of the printed bill, remove the overstrikes from lines 7 and 8 .

     On page 1 , delete line 9 , and insert:

"Regents because he does not meet the Board of Regents' foreign language admission".

     On page 1 , delete line 9 , and insert " requirement requirements .".
