On page 1, line 7, of the printed bill, overstrike "auditor" and insert "finance officer" in both
places.
On page 1, line 13, after "." insert "When a petition to recall is filed with the finance officer,
the finance officer shall present the petition to the governing body at its next meeting. Only the
petition signatures may be challenged in the manner established in §§ 12-1-13 to 12-1-16,
inclusive.".
On page 2, line 1, delete everything after "." .
On page 2, delete lines 2 and 3.
On page 2, line 4, delete everything before "The" .
