        HB 1057     repeal certain provisions imposing the inheritance tax and the estate tax.

HB 1070     sunset certain tax refund claims for an economic development incentive program that has been previously terminated and to declare an emergency.

SB 98     allow certain municipalities to charge a higher occupational tax.
    Senators Ewing, Frerichs, Kirkeby, Monroe, and Tieszen and Representatives Romkema, Bartling, Gosch, Hoffman, Johns, Magstadt, Olson (Betty), and Verchio

SB 83     authorize townships and counties to impose real estate transfer fees.
