Bill Title
SB 1 provide for the selection of the chair and vice chair of the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council, to revise the membership of the Executive Board, to provide for the term of each constituted Executive Board, to provide for the year-round governance of the Legislative Research Council by the Executive Board, and to provide for continuity of board membership.
SB 9 revise provisions related to the Interim Appropriations Committee.
SB 10 revise certain provisions related to the annual budget report submission.
SB 11 require the submission to the Legislature of a financial plan that assesses the long-term financial implications of current and proposed policies, programs, and assumptions.
SB 174 revise the bank franchise tax apportionment of income provisions.
SB 175 revise certain bank franchise tax provisions regarding net income and net operating losses.
