EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

David S. Mickelson, Minnehaha County, Sioux Falls, South Dakota to the State Board of Regents.

SB 140     provide for the increase of higher education enrolled members of the nine federally recognized tribes in South Dakota at regental institutions.
